Our technician arrived on time, cleaned the motor, installed the keypad, and programmed the button in our vehicles. He was very knowledgeable and checked all parts on door before he left. I ALWAYS use Overhead Door Company™ for the two homes I own, as well as rental houses. Great company!

I've used this company on multiple occasions and they have always been extremely prompt, efficient, clean, and reasonably priced. One service call was same-day on a weekend for a broken spring, which was oversized and had to be ordered. Fortunately, they were able to get the spring and repair the door in a couple of days. The other service was to replace an exterior key pad, which they handled very quickly. Both times they serviced the garage doors to be sure everything was working great. I recommend their service very highly.

Wonderful experience. Found them through a simple Google search, needing to repair a broken gear and sprocket on the motor. After considering doing the work myself, in part based on concern over the possible cost, ended up going the professional repair route. The team over the phone, including scheduling and the parts department were incredibly helpful and friendly. The repairman was extremely efficient and got the job done without delay. It was clear that they didn't want to bloat the cost by slow work or other inappropriate tactics, but instead, simply got it done in a hurry for minimal cost to me. Very impressive. Had a drastic garage door implosion/derailment. Overhead Door™ was out the next morning. Very pleased with that with weather as it's been. Gentleman that came out was very thorough, very professional,and explained everything quite clearly what happened & why. I knew it'd be anything but good news, by the way the door came apart,jammed,and pieces bouncing off walls and floors. Their technician gave options as to the minimal required to the fully proper and longest lasting repair/replacements. Very satisfied with everything from professional manner of tech, their schedule availability, and further more, their ability to get parts and repairs scheduled quickly. May not be cheapest but, extremely good quality service and experience. Would definitely recommend technician that was out and the company!

I checked the reviews and these guys had some good ones so I called and they did not disappoint. I called on Wednesday afternoon and they were able to get to me Thursday morning. We had the coils replaced and a new opener installed on our garage door. Philip, installer, was on time, very professional, and the service was at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend them and Philip.

Our tech was very professional and did a thorough inspection. He stated we just needed pulleys and some lubrication and did not try to sell us more than we needed. He fixed the door and gave us some tips for preventative maintenance. I will always use them!!

Wow! I'm impressed. I have a new home and the builders chose this company for the two garage doors. A few days ago, I had an issue with my two-door garage door not opening. I tried it 5 separate times on 2 separate days. Today, they come out to look at it and everything works just fine. My luck of course. Do they just leave? NO! He stays, checks everything out, lubricates the hinges, and PROGRAMS MY CAR TO OPEN THE GARAGE DOOR (something I've been putting off for literally 11 months). This kind of service is unheard of.
