Yes. Simply find your keypad and detailed instructions on how to reset your code. If your keypad is not pictured, call our Service Department!

I'm interested in painting my house trim to match my garage door color. Where can I find the color formulas?

Our Color Chart and Instructions will provide you with the paint formulas that match your new garage door.

What type of operators do you have?

What type of payments do you accept?

We gladly accept cash, checks, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express credit cards.

How do I reset my opener?

Although most openers do not have a reset button on them, it sometimes helps to unplug the unit, wait 60 seconds, and plug it back in. This will allow the internal computer chip to re-cycle itself.

What is the warranty on my new torsion spring?

Any torsion spring replacement is covered by a one-year labor warranty for defects in materials or workmanship starting on the date of your service. The spring itself is covered for 5 years.

How long are your parts and labor warranties for any other part I need replaced?

Any garage door part or accessory we replace is covered for 90 days; labor is also covered for 30 days from the date of your service.
