I could have acquired a similar door/opener from another company at a comparable price. I chose Overhead because you sent a sales rep to the house. Competitor gave quote over the phone.  Web-site was very easy to navigate. We had picked out the door, including color, window style, chain type, etc before the sales rep arrived.  Installer (Keith) was very professional, efficient and thoroughly cleaned up the work area. My wife and I are very pleased with the product and the relationship with Overhead Door.
